Become a Vendor

Orillia Farmers' Market Banner

If you wish to become a vendor on the Orillia Farmers' Market, which operates in downtown Orillia, please contact the Market Manager, Pat Loewen at (705) 238-7955 email her at loewenpat@gmail.com

As this is a farmers' market, the Management Committee encourages producers/growers or those who operate a business that derives from agricultural efforts. However, we, like our shoppers, enjoy a market with variety. So, if your product is sufficiently unique to what is already being sold at this market and made by you, please contact the market manager regarding lease availability.

If you are coming to the Orillia Farmers' Market as an accepted new vendor, you should arrive before 7:00 a.m., locate the market manager and have everything you will need to carry out your business.

At 7:15 a.m. the Manager (if space permits) may assign an approved Casual Vendor a spot. It is encouraged though that a Casual Vendor prearrange for a spot from the Manager beforehand. At this time the Manager will be able to answer questions and provide advice to new vendors. At some point during the market day the Manager will be carrying on accounts with individual vendors, and will approach Casual Vendors for payment of daily stall fee. Receipts will be issued for all payments.
