Helpful Camp Information

Parent Handbook

Parent HandbookThe Parent Handbook will outline program information and expectations. Please review and ensure that your child is aware of what is expected of them, other participants and staff. Copies are available on this webpage by clicking the image to the left and at Orillia City Centre. Anyone registering for camp must read the Parent Handbook. There will be a sign-off on the first day of camp saying you have read and understood the material. If you have any questions please call us at 705-329-7250.

Camper Information Form

Camper Info Form

This form must also be filled out for each camper per camp. It must be handed in to the camp counsellor on the first day of camp. You can print it out and fill out as many as you need in advance by clicking the image to the left or they will be made available to parents/guardians at camp on the first day.

Child Information Package

Some people see a closed door, and turn away. Others see a closed door, try the knob if it doesn't open... they turn away. Still others see a closed door, try the knob, if it doesn't open, they find a key, if the key doesn't fit... they turn away. A rare few see a closed door, try the knob, if it doesn't open, they find a key, if the key doesn't fit... They make one. Communication and Information sharing between parents/ care providers and recreation providers is important when building an inclusive and safe environment.

If your child needs inclusion services you will need to fill out the Child Information Package. Please fill out the online form.
