Downtown Orillia overnight winter parking permits now available

Starting tomorrow (January 15, 2026), the City will offer 10 overnight winter parking permits for designated spaces in Municipal Parking Lot 5. Permits can be purchased at the City Centre at a prorated cost of $225 plus HST and are sold on a first come first served basis.

Season Dates: November 15 – April 15

Permit Parking hours: 9:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. Parking is prohibited in these spaces between 7:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

New lot will provide 105 additional parking spaces in the downtown waterfront area
