Members of the public and media are invited to attend one of two public information sessions about the community investment with Hydro One on Thursday, Sept. 29, 2016, from 2 – 4 p.m. or 7 – 9 p.m.

Culture Days is back with a twist! This year Doors Open and Culture Days have been combined and we invite you to discover Orillia’s cultural community and built heritage on Sept. 30, Oct. 1 and 2, 2016.

Hydro One Networks Inc. has purchased 16.41 acres of the Horne Business Park for approximately $3 million, and submitted a Site Plan Approval Application to the City for the proposed Advanced Technology Hub development last week.

The City of Orillia set to launch new eProcurement tool

The City of Orillia is launching a new fully-integrated online eProcurement tool on Oct. 14, 2016.
The launch consists of two phases. Phase 1 will allow vendors to view, register and download bids online. Phase 2 of the launch will be implemented in the spring of 2017 and will include the ability for vendors to submit bids entirely online in one quick, easy and convenient location.
