Community Improvement Plan gets green light from Council

For immediate release (June 28, 2016) – Orillia Council approved the Downtown Tomorrow Community Improvement Plan (DTCIP), which includes eight financial incentives designed to stimulate development in the City’s core, at its public meeting on June 27.
