The City of Orillia invites Doors Open and Culture Days participants to register their sites and activities for Doors Open Orillia | Culture Days 2016. Both annual events are now combined and will run the weekend of Sept. 30, Oct. 1 and 2, 2016.

Detailed design of Orillia’s new recreation facility now complete

For immediate release (Feb. 1, 2016) – The City of Orillia has completed the detailed design phase of the Orillia Recreation Facility project at 255 West St. S. and is now preparing for construction of the building this summer.

The Orillia Police Services Board is pleased to announce that Mayor Steve Clarke has proclaimed Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016, as School Crossing Guard Appreciation Day in the City of Orillia.
Since January 2015, the Orillia Police Services Board has administered the School Crossing Guard Program. For immediate release (Jan. 19, 2016) – Graffiti in Orillia will soon meet its match. Starting on April 15, 2016, the City of Orillia will start proactively enforcing the removal of graffiti on properties throughout Orillia.
