City of Orillia administrative offices will be closed on Monday, Oct. 14, 2024, for Thanksgiving. This includes:

Orillia City Centre (50 Andrew St. S.)

Municipal Operations Centre (20 James St. W.)

Waste Diversion Site (100 Kitchener St.)

Water Filtration Plant (200 Bay St.)

Wastewater Treatment Centre (40 Kitchener St.)
Hours of operation for other City facilities/services include:

Reminder to Taxpayers - October 2, 2024

The 2nd instalment of the 2024 Regular Tax Bill is due and payable October 15, 2024. Ratepayers are reminded that penalty is added to all past due instalments or part thereof as follows:
1¼% added on the first working day following the due date and
1¼% per month thereafter beginning November 1, 2024.

From Oct. 1 to Nov. 1, 2024, residents can share how they would like to cast their vote in 2026, with options for in-person paper voting, mail-in voting, telephone voting, or internet voting.

During the Community Walk & Gathering in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation transit delays or impacts may occur due to rolling street closures.
