UPDATE: November 19, 2025

The City of Orillia has received notice from Sionito Community Development Corporation that the lease agreement for Lot 10 (26 West St. N.) has been extended. As a result, Lot 10 will remain available for parking until near the end of December.

Remembrance Day - City of Orillia Closures 2025

City of Orillia administrative offices will be closed on Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2025, in recognition of Remembrance Day:

• Orillia City Centre (50 Andrew St. S.)
• Municipal Operations Centre (20 James St. W.)
• Waste Diversion Site (100 Kitchener St.)
• Wastewater Treatment Centre (40 Kitchener St.)
• Water Filtration Plant (200 Bay St.)

For immediate release (Nov. 6, 2025) – Orillia has released its first draft of the proposed new Official Plan and is asking residents to provide their feedback on the draft by attending an open house on Dec. 4.
