Sand available for bagging at Collins Drive Launch Ramp

The City of Orillia has set up a temporary self-serve sandbag station for residents as a precautionary measure due to water levels rising with warmer temperatures and heavy rain fall.
The sandbag station is located at Collins Drive Launch Ramp (425 Collins Dr, Orillia). The temporary station includes sand only and no delivery is available.
Residents must bring their own shovel and bags.

Annual Garbage Tag Mailout

Please note that the City of Orillia will mail the next set of garbage tags for each household at the beginning of June 2026. These tags are your allotment to cover the period from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027.
Additional garbage tags can be purchased at the City Centre (50 Andrew St S.), the Waste Diversion Site (100 Kitchener St.), online at OrilliaNow and at the following retail stores:
