The Orillia Parks, Recreation and Culture Department continues to celebrate June as Recreation and Parks Month with two great events Saturday June 22.
Camp for a Day
Bring your child to Rotary Place from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. and experience what summer camp is all about. This is an opportunity for kids to try different camps and decide which one is right for them. Kids ages six through 12 can join the Orillia Parks, Recreation and Culture day camp team for a fun-filled day of camp adventures.

The Treasure Hunt Program will run on the 3rd Weekend of the month from May to October to encourage the recycle or re-use of large household items. It’s like a community garage sale!!

The City of Orillia is pleased to announce the return of the Sunday Evening Band Concerts at the Rotary Aqua Theatre in Couchiching Beach Park for the summer. The Aqua theatre will be 55 years old this year with the Sunday evening concert series being a cultural mainstay of the community for just as long.
