Over-sized street signs to improve wayfinding

For immediate release (August 29, 2014) – Over-sized street name signs are being installed at busy intersections throughout the City to assist motorists in finding their way.

Posting of Couchiching Beach and Moose Beach lifted

For immediate release (August 26, 2014) – As per the direction of the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit, the postings of Couchiching Beach, located at Couchiching Beach Park, and Moose Beach, located at J.B. Tudhope Memorial Park have been lifted.
Both beaches were posted on August 22, 2014, due to higher than normal bacteria count.
