TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the City of Orillia passed By-law Number 2013-36 on March 18, 2013, under Section 2 of the Development Charges Act, 1997. This By-law replaces By-law Number 2010-130, being a by-law for the imposition of Development Charges, as amended.

The City of Orillia has moved up 13 spots in the 2013 edition of MoneySense Magazine’s best places to live.
Overall, Orillia ranked 66th out of the 200 Canadian cities surveyed this year, up from 79th in last year’s survey.

Since Bailey Booth was a child, she’s wanted to become a mechanic.Her cousin works on ships on the East Coast and, one day, she hopes to do the same.
