OLC forum to help businesses leverage local events

Local businesses looking to benefit from annual festivals and events occurring in and around Orillia are being invited to a roundtable forum set for Thursday, March 27, hosted by Ontario’s Lake Country (OLC).
Local tourism partners, including the City of Orillia, Oro-Medonte Township, Downtown Orillia and several area Chambers of Commerce are working with Ontario’s Lake Country on an events forum, which will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon at the Best Western Mariposa Inn on Memorial Avenue.

Forty employers expected at Orillia Job Fair

Jobseekers will get a chance to meet employers in person at the Orillia Job Fair taking place at the Orillia Square Mall on Tuesday March 4. The annual job fair, which runs from 12 to 4 p.m., expects to feature more than 40 employers, with 26 employers already confirmed.
