After sitting on the market for over four years, the former F. W. Woolworth Company building in Orillia’s downtown core has sold.

Payment for Parking on Saturdays in Lot #6

Beginning May 4, 2013 payment for parking will be required on Saturdays in Lot #6 which is located at 79 West Street South (adjacent the Farmers’ Market).
This temporary parking lot was developed primarily to accommodate patrons to the Farmers’ Market and Lakehead students. The rate is $1.00 per hour and the revenue will be used to help recover the costs to develop the parking lot.

Local businesses are invited to hear first-hand how Georgian College and Lakehead University can assist in moving their enterprises forward during the Third Annual Business2 Innovation event being hosted at the main Lakehead University campus on Thursday, May 16.
