Holiday Schedule for Family Day 2021

Most City of Orillia operated facilities remain closed to public access except for the Orillia City Centre (open by appointment only) and the Waste Diversion Site. Please note that these facilities will be closed and services provided by phone and email will not be available on Family Day (Monday, Feb. 15, 2021).

Orillia Waste Diversion Site (100 Kitchener St.)
Open: Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021

Orillia Farmers’ Market

Orillia Opera House
The Box Office will be closed for regular phone sales Feb. 13-15, 2021. Tickets are available 24/7 at orilliaoperahouse.ca.

Orillia Public Library (36 Mississaga St. W.)
Open: Saturday, Feb. 13, 2021 for curbside pickup.
Closed: Sunday, Feb. 14, 2021
Closed: Monday, Feb. 15, 2021

Orillia Transit/OWLS Service
No service on Monday, Feb. 15, 2021.

Holiday Waste Collection Schedule
Due to Family Day, there will be no recycling, green bin or yard waste collection on Monday, Feb. 15. Collection of recycling, green bin, and yard waste materials for the remainder of the week will be delayed by one day. Items must be at the curb by 7 a.m. to ensure collection. The regular collection schedule will resume on Monday, Feb. 22, 2021.
