Orillia to host accessibility awareness and education seminar on Sept. 25

For immediate release (Sept. 11, 2019) – The Orillia Accessibility Advisory Committee (AAC) invites members of the public to attend an accessibility awareness and education seminar on Sept. 25 at the Orillia Opera House. 

Alfred Spencer, Director of the Outreach and Strategic Initiatives Branch with the Accessibility Directorate of Ontario, will be present to discuss the identification and removal of barriers in communities, including accessibility for businesses.

“This is an excellent opportunity for members of the public and local businesses to come out and learn more about the importance of accessibility in our community,” said Lilly Cadeau, Chair of the AAC.
