Orillia New Year’s Eve Bash at Rotary Place - Ring in 2019 with this free, family-friendly event

For immediate release (Dec. 19, 2018) – New Year’s Eve in Orillia will once again be a night to remember as the City of Orillia rings in 2019 with its free New Year’s Eve Bash. 

TheParks, Recreation and Culture Department is hosting its annual New Year’s Eve Bash at Rotary Place, 100 University Ave., on Dec. 31, 2018, from 5 – 8:30 p.m.

Included in this year’s festivities is an epic balloon drop with more than 2,000 balloons taking place at 7:30 p.m., face painting and a D.J. There will also be tons of exciting favourites throughout the evening, such an open skate, rock wall climbing, arcade games, crafts and a bouncy castle.

Additional parking will be made available at Costco Orillia, 625 University Ave., with a free shuttle bus available to transport guests to and from Rotary Place running from 5 – 8:30 p.m.
