Laclie transit route temporarily suspended for triathlon on Aug. 19

For immediate release (Aug. 1, 2018) – The City of Orillia will temporarily suspend service to the Laclie transit route on Sunday, Aug. 19, 2018 from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. to accommodate the Subaru Triathlon Series.

“We apologize for any inconvenience that the temporary suspension poses to patrons,” said Wesley Cyr, Manager of Engineering and Transportation for the City of Orillia.  “We want to ensure that the Subaru Triathlon is carried out in a safe and controlled manner.”

Regular service to the Laclie transit route will resume on Sunday, Aug. 19 from 1:15 to 4:45 p.m.
