Council Services Division
The City of Orillia's Council Services Division is responsible for providing the statutory duties required by the Municipal Act, 2001, and information services for Council and its committees, departments and the citizens of Orillia.

The Council Services Division also includes real estate, which manages the City's properties and provides services such as the acquisition of property, City property disposition, leases and licences of City properties, and property administration.

Financial Services Division
The City of Orillia’s Financial Services Division provides a wide variety of services to City Council, the public and City departments. Financial Services’ roles, authority, and fees are controlled by the by-laws contained within the City's Municipal Code as well as those required in the Municipal Act, 2001.

Recreation, Youth and Culture Division
The Recreation, Youth and Culture Division is responsible for implementing a variety of recreation and leisure opportunities, managing recreation facility bookings, and is instrumental in organizing many sport leagues. These programs and services encourage healthy, active living and personal development regardless of age, level, or ability.
