The City Treasurer is a resource for all departments while developing annual budgets. Financial Services staff support this function by providing related reports and analysis that assist the budget process.
Once the budget has been approved, Financial Services staff incorporate the figures into the City's financial system and then tracks and reports on the expenditures and incomes throughout the year.
Administrative functions related to financial planning include:
