Location: East of Uhthoff Line and adjacent to Highway 11, extending north 580 metres. |

Timeline: Phase 1: Construction of sanitary sewer and grading works within the Inch Arterial Road allowance will occur from June 2024 to December 2024. Phase 2: Storm sewer, watermain and roadworks within the Arterial Road allowance and associated works along Murphy Road and Uhthoff Line are anticipated to occur from January 2025 to May 2025. |

| The project involves construction of a portion of a new arterial road including all underground and above ground infrastructure to support proposed residential development and the greenfield development of approximately 6.64 hectares of vacant industrial employment lands, east of Uhthoff Line and adjacent to Highway 11. Development of the arterial road and associated infrastructure also requires consideration for servicing of adjacent existing and commercial properties on Murphy Road and Uhthoff Line. | ||||||||||
