The below fees will be affective as of January 1, 2021.
If assistance from experts or professionals is required to evaluate, review and/or report on an application, then the applicant is responsible for any and all costs associated.
All Fees are subject to an automatic increase, effective January 1st of each year, based on the Ontario Consumer Price Index (All-Items) issued in October of the preceding year.

Preconsultation Fee
Preconsultation is required for all Official Plan Amendment, Zoning By-law Amendment, Draft Plan of Subdivision or Condominium, and Site Plan Control applications. To initiate the mandatory Preconsultation process, you must submit a Concept Site Plan and the pay the applicable fee. This Preconsultation is only valid for one year. A new Preconsultation must be submitted and fee paid if the planning application is not received within one year of the Preconsultation.
