NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF CITY OWNED LANDS

 

The Corporation of the City of Orillia (the “City”) is proposing to pass a by-law to dispose of
certain lands more particularly described in Schedule "A" (the "Lands"), and as shown in the Key
Map.

Any person wishing to comment on the proposed disposition is requested to submit comments in
writing to the undersigned by 12:00 PM on September 3, 2024, at the Office of the Clerk, Orillia
City Centre, 50 Andrew Street South, Suite 300, Orillia, Ontario, L3V 7T5.

Please be aware that any person(s) who submit letters and/or other information to Council should be
aware that any personal information contained within their communications may become part of the
public record and may be made available through the Council agenda process, which includes
publication on the City’s website.

The Council of the Corporation of the City of Orillia will give consideration to all submissions
received, and will then determine whether or not to proceed with the disposition. The by-law to
authorize the disposition will be considered at a meeting of Council to be held immediately
following the Public Meeting of Council re Planning Matters held at 2:00 PM on Monday, September 9,
2024.
