The City’s response to a request for a property compliance report will include sufficient information to allow a solicitor to satisfy themselves with respect to permitted uses and minimum setbacks.
Information contained in a property file can only be released to the property owner or a lawyer acting on behalf of an owner. If you are not the property owner, you must submit a signed release form from the property owner.
