West Orillia Well and Truck Dispensing System - Bulk Water Dispensing

In 2005, the City built the West Orillia Well and Truck Dispensing System. Commonly referred to as Bulk Water Dispensing, this service allows businesses that use tank trucks for large volume water purposes to fill their vehicles at any time. The vehicles are filled automatically using the start/stop control panel. A flow meter records the amount of water taken and the user is charged based on that amount.

 Where is the station?
  • The station is located at 25 Mulcahy Court in Orillia, ON.
  • The station is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. 
 How much does it cost?
The current rate for bulk water is $3.69/m3.
 What do I need at the station?
  • The station has a 3" male camlock fitting that your hose will need to connect to.
  • You must have an approved account with an access code and a PIN.
  • There must be enough money on your account to take the water requested. If your balance goes to $0, the station will stop delivering water.
 Do I need an access card?
No, the new system requires an access code (4-digits) and a PIN (4-digits). This is setup in your online account and can be updated at any time.
 How long does it take?
  • If you are applying for a new account, it may take up to 24-business hours for approval.
  • If you are an existing customer, you can access your account 24-hours a day, 7-days a week. Any changes to PINs, trucks, or payments will be updated at the station within 4 hours (but hopefully faster)!
 How can I make a payment on my account?
  • You can login and make a payment using Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard or Mastercard Debit with your online account. You account balance will be updated immediately online, and will be accessible at the station within 4 hours.
  • You can make a payment in person at City Centre, 50 Andrew St S, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays.  Payment can be made by cash, cheque or debit.  These payments will take up to 48-hours to be applied to your account
