Orillia boasts several community Parks. These are larger outdoor community gathering places where residents and visitors can enjoy celebrating Orillia's natural beauty.
Centennial Park
Centennial Park is a seven-acre park on the shores of Lake Couchiching and is one of the jewels in the Orillia parks crown and incorporates the Port of Orillia, a busy port of call on the Trent-Severn Waterway.

Couchiching Beach Park
Couchiching Beach Park includes the town dock and sandy beach areas that attract many to Lake Couchiching each summer. This 14.5-acre park is home to many special events and features the historic Champlain Monument.
The Rotary Train, run by the Rotary Club of Orillia, is stationed at Couchiching Beach Park and brings joy to many visitors during the summer months. It runs from Canada Day until Labour Day on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and holiday Mondays from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., weather permitting. Tickets are $3.00 (children under 1 year are free) and each ride is twice around the track. If you have questions, please contact rotaryorillia@gmail.com.

Kitchener Park
On the shores of Lake Simcoe at the bottom of West Street, Kitchener Park offers 25 acres of sports fields, baseball diamonds, and green space.

Veterans' Memorial Park is a 1.9-acre parcel of green space that is part of the Lake Couchiching park system, along the Lightfoot Trail.

Unveiled in 2010, the West Orillia Sports Complex is already well-known for Rotary Place, its popular twin-pad arena. But it's much more than that. The West Orillia Sports Complex includes 27 acres of sports fields, trails, and green space.
