PERSONAL TRAINERS

BRETT

Brett Jones has been an IFA certified Personal Trainer for 5 years and specializes in both strength training and weight loss.

Brett discovered his passion for fitness during his own transformative health and wellness journey, which began in 2018. His experience successfully losing 100 pounds in 12 months provided him with invaluable insights into the physical and mental aspects of someone’s fitness journey. Although knowledge on how to eat and train properly are important, Brett believes that the two biggest factors in determining an individual’s success are discipline and consistency. If you can be disciplined enough to stay consistent, he believes you can accomplish anything.

The two most important things to Brett as a trainer are that his clients see results and feel confident and safe when they train. A big part of that comes with the proper guidance and instruction which he provides his clients on a regular basis.
