Do I have to purchase a Fun Pass to use the amenities?
No! Daily passes can be purchased at the front desk upon arrival.
Where can I find a schedule of your drop-ins?
Visit our Fun Orillia drop-in website at orillia.ca/active or by clicking the blue 'Fun Orillia' button on many of our webpages. Here you will find the most up-to-date schedule of events and hours of operation. The schedule is available in two week increments. We do not have PDF versions of our schedule as it is subject to change. We encourage you check this site before you attend a drop-in, if you do not see your program listed it is not running that day.
Drop-in vs. Registered programming, what's the difference?

Drop-in programs are just that- drop in at the date and time listed!  All drop-in programming located at the Orillia Recreation Centre is included in your FunPass. Don't have a FunPass? No problem! Pay our daily rate to access these programs. No prior registration is needed.

Registered programs are a set fee for a set time block (i.e. $90.00 for 8 weeks). Participants must sign up in advance for these programs. These programs are typically progressive in nature and require specialty instruction. These can be found in our seasonal brochures and are offered each season (see below).
Are all drop-in programs included in my Fun Pass membership?
Drop-ins located at the Orillia Recreation Centre are included in your Fun Pass membership. Registered programs are at an additional cost. Drop-ins at other locations (i.e. skating, rock wall, Seniors at Play etc.) are not included in your Fun Pass membership.
What makes me a resident or non resident.
If you have a permanent residency address in Orillia or you pay property taxes to the City of Orillia you are classified as a resident of Orillia. Residents receive a discount on most memberships and programs.
 Can I cancel my membership?

Annual memberships are not refundable and cannot be placed on hold. Monthly memberships expire at the end of the month, unless placed on automatic renewal. Pre-authorized payments will be processed on the first day of every month. To cancel a membership, members but provide seven days notice before their payment is due. No partial refunds will be provided. Monthly memberships can be placed on hold for a duration of time. To place a membership on hold, you must provide a minimum of seven days' notice before payment is due. Holds can processed on the first of the month (i.e. April 1).

 What is Respect +?
All City of Orillia facilities, including parks and cultural spaces, strive to be harassment free. The Respect + policy ensures the safety, fun and respect of all participants, spectators and staff. For more information on Respect+, please visit orillia.ca/respect.
What if I have more questions?
