Property Tax Certificates

A certified Tax Certificate provides the current tax status for a property. The cost of this service is $56.00 (Effective January 1st, 2024). The certificate will not be processed until the payment is received.

 Along with the payment, please provide:

• The property address

• The email address where the certificate should be sent

And, in the case of a property sale:

• Vendor's name

• Purchaser's name

• Purchaser's address (if different from the property address)

• Closing date

When completed, the Tax Certificate will be emailed to the address provided.
