This user-friendly portal allows residents and business owners to:• Monitor water usage • Understand current and previous billing • Optimize water conservation through water usage monitoring • Customize alerts regarding water consumption, which can help identify leaks
Please note past water bills and payments cannot be accessed or made through the Customer Portal. To get past billing information, please contact Financial Services at 705-329-7239
Setting up an account for the first time, please click on the button below to access the customer online portal, enter your email and a password (see tips for password below) and click on Need to Setup an Account. A page for the Terms and Conditions will appear, please scroll down and click Accept. An email invitation will be emailed to the email you have entered in the portal. Click on the link in the email invitation and finish setting up the login with address and account number, as indicated in the instructions below.
