The Orillia City Centre will be closed on Friday, Dec. 24, 2021 through Friday, Dec. 31, 2021. Regular hours will resume on Monday, Jan. 3, 2022. No marriage licences or lottery licences will be issued during this time.

Holiday Waste Collection (Garbage, recycling, green bin collection)
Due to the days of the week that Christmas and Boxing Day fall on this year, there will be no changes to your regular collection schedule in 2021. Due to New Year’s Day, collection will be delayed by one day for the week of Jan. 3-7, 2022. Visit orillia.ca to view the full collection guide and calendar. Garbage, recycling, and green bin/yard waste must be at the curb by 7 a.m. to ensure collection. For more information contact the Waste Diversion Site at 705-325-3522 or visit orillia.ca. Christmas tree collection runs from Dec. 27 through to Jan. 14.
