Notice of a By-law Naming a Highway

TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the City of Orillia (the “City”) proposes to pass a by-law naming a new Arterial Road, as shown on the key map attached hereto, as “Brook Trout Drive”.

Any person wishing to comment on the proposed by-law is requested to submit comments in writing by email to kpreston@orillia.ca or dropped off at the Orillia City Centre, 50 Andrew Street South, Suite 300, Orillia, Ontario, L3V 7T5, marked to the attention of Kristine Preston, Deputy Clerk by noon on Tuesday, June 3, 2025.

The Council of the Corporation of the City of Orillia will give consideration to all submissions received and will then determine whether or not to pass the proposed by-law at its meeting to be held on Monday, June 9, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of the Orillia City Centre.
