ROAD RESURFACING 2023 

Memorial Avenue from Woodland Drive to United Drive

The City of Orillia will be resurfacing Memorial Avenue from Woodland Drive to United Drive. 

The Contractor for this project is Dufferin Construction Company. Road resurfacing works are scheduled to commence on or about September 20, 2023, with completion expected by October 20, 2023. 

The City of Orillia does everything it can to limit the inconvenience of road improvements and we thank you for your patience and co-operation throughout the duration of the project.

Arshaad Callamazad (705-238-8055) is the City’s Inspector on site and Tracy Blanchard (705-330-1584) is the City’s Project Manager for this project. All after hour emergency calls should be directed to the afterhours number (705-326-4671) at the Fire Department.
