A Special Council Meeting regarding Amendments to the Mayor’s Proposed 2026 Capital Budget and Procedural Considerations has been scheduled for Monday, October 20, 2025 at 9:00 AM in the Council Chamber at the Orillia City Centre. A portion of this meeting may be held in closed session.

Please Note: Members of the public who wish to attend the Council Chamber during the open session portions of the meeting are welcome. The meeting may be livestreamed on the City of Orillia’s YouTube channel.
