Phase 2 of the City Centre facade restoration starts on the Colborne St. side of the building
The City’s phased project to restore the brick facade of the Tudhope Building (City Centre) at 50 Andrew Street South is in the next phase.
The Colborne St. side of the building work has started and will be ongoing through the end of 2025. The south sidewalk on Colborne St (beside the building) is closed for the duration of the project. Protective measures for dust and debris are in place to protect the public and surrounding areas.Pedestrians are reminded to avoid the construction area and use the north sidewalk on Colborne St.
