Couchiching Beach swimming advisory lifted Aug. 7

For immediate release (Aug. 7, 2024) – The City of Orillia has received notice from the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit that the swimming advisory at Couchiching Beach, located at Couchiching Beach Park, has been lifted.

A swimming advisory was issued by the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit on July 30, 2024, due to a higher-than-normal bacteria count.
