Laclie Transit Route temporary suspension November 30

For immediate release (November 24, 2014) – The City of Orillia will temporarily suspend a portion of the Laclie Transit Route on Sunday, November 30, 2014 from 9:45 a.m. to 11:15 a.m. to accommodate the CANI Run Snowflake Series race.  During the suspension, transit stops located on Jarvis Street, Bay Street, Maple Drive, Francis Road, and Hughes Road will be out of service. 

“We apologize for any inconvenience that the temporary Laclie Transit Route suspension poses to patrons,” said George Bowa, Director of Public Works. “We want to ensure that the snowflake series race is carried out in a safe and controlled manner.” 

Regular service to the Laclie Transit Route will resume on Sunday, November 30 from 11:15 a.m. to  4:45 p.m.
