Matchedash Street now open

For immediate release (November 21, 2014) – The City of Orillia has re-opened a portion of Matchedash Street that was closed due to a broken watermain. 

Significant damage was caused by a ruptured watermain early Wednesday morning. Crews have repaired the damaged watermain and road base, and have replaced a layer of asphalt. The road will be reassessed in the spring to determine if further paving is required.
