Notice of Intent to Dispose of Part of Lane Lying Between Dunn Ave. and Rose Ave., Plan 573 Orillia

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the City of Orillia will consider a By-law at its regular meeting on July 17, 2023 to dispose of part of the lane on Plan 573 South Orillia lying between Dunn Avenue and Rose Avenue.

The location and extent of the portion of the lane to be disposed of is shown on the map below:

The proposal is to sell the subject portion of the lane to an adjacent owner.
