Warming stations now open at City facilities

For immediate release (January 7, 2015) – In response to an Extreme Cold Warning issued for the Orillia area, the City of Orillia has opened warming stations today for community members in need. 

This includes the following facilities; 

• Orillia Public Library, 36 Mississaga Street West – Open until 8:00 p.m.
• Rotary Place, 100 University Avenue – Open until 12:00 a.m. (midnight)
• Orillia City Centre, 50 Andrew Street South – Open until 4:30 p.m.
