All participants must print and complete the following forms and bring them to Registration at Opening Ceremony on Tuesday, February 6th, 2024 to receive their accreditation.

2. Medical Form
3. Notice and Authorization Form

October 1 to December 1 

Registration closes 4 p.m. December 1

• District Coordinators will receive a registration link that will be open to accept registrations starting October 1^st.  
• Registrations can be completed at any point in the time period.  

December 5 to December 8 

Registration closes 4 p.m. December 8 

Stage 2 Registration: 

• GOC will share available positions in the Games.  
• All medalists from District Games will be invited to fill remaining places in the Games.  
• Registration can be completed at any point in the time period.  

December 12 to 14 

Registration closes 4 p.m. December 14 

Stage 3 Registration: 

• District 28 will be invited to fill any remaining spaces in the Games.  
• Lottery (if necessary) will be held. 

Stage 4 Registration: 

• Any participant from the District Games may fill any remaining spaces. 
• Lottery (if necessary) will be held. 

Note: In the interest of timing, stage 3 and 4 will run concurrently. Stage 3 (District 28) participants will be given priority for remaining spaces.
