Downtown Orillia
Downtown Orillia is a great place to shop. In addition to more than 150 thriving shops, restaurants, salons and services to suit every need, Mississaga Street in Downtown Orillia offers a unique vantage point to glimpse Orillia's heritage.

Orillia Farmers' Market
The Orillia Farmers' Market began in the 1840s near the waterfront and has been a popular attraction ever since. It moved to its current location between the iconic Orillia Opera House and the Orillia Public Library in 1872.
The Farmers' Market offers a large range of locally produced foods, handmade crafts from around the country, and regularly scheduled special events for the family.
Our growers look forward to Saturdays at the Market, where they offer fresh-picked produce in season, drug-free meats, a variety of baked goods, and ready-to-eat treats in a comfortable atmosphere straight out of the past. Visitors will also find a variety of artisans, crafters and specialty goods suppliers on hand.
Bring your family, meet your friends, shop the vendors, and enjoy the talent of local musicians in the Market Cafe.
