The historic City Centre at 50 Andrew St. S. is the headquarters for the City's administration services. The building is also home to various federal and provincial government agencies.
First Floor
- Service Canada (Employment and Social Development Canada) - This is where you go for Employment Insurance benefits, Social Insurance cards, Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security, Guaranteed Income Supplement, Apprenticeship Incentive and Completion Grants, Passport Receiving Agent and Child Tax Credit.
