Planning and Development

Planning guides how the community grows and develops. Through the Official Plan and Zoning By-law, staff set a long-term vision and rules for development, review planning applications, and work with developers and residents to support growth while protecting neighbourhoods, natural areas, heritage resources, and spaces.
