Notice of Intention to Dispose of City Owned Lands
The Corporation of the City of Orillia is proposing to pass a by-law to dispose of certain lands more particularly described on the Key Map as set out in Schedule “A”
Any person wishing to comment on the proposed disposition is requested to submit comments in writing to the undersigned by 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at the Office of the Clerk, Orillia City Centre, 50 Andrew St. S., Suite 300, Orillia, Ontario, L3V 7T5.
Please be aware that any personal information contained in correspondence submitted to Council may become part of the public record and may be made available through the Council agenda process, including publication on the City’s website.
Council will give consideration to all submissions received and will then determine whether to proceed with the disposition. The by‑law to authorize the disposition will be considered at a meeting of Council to be held on Monday, November 9, 2026, commencing at 2:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter.
