NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholder of the Orillia Power Generation Corporation originally scheduled for Monday, August 10, 2026 will now be held in the City of Orillia Council Chamber at 50 Andrew Street South, Orillia, Ontario and rescheduled to the 1st day of September 2026 at 2:00 PM.
