Tax Certificates
Tax certificates provide the current tax status and are typically requested during property sales or legal transactions.
Tax certificate fee is $58.00 (effective January 1st, 2026). This fee applies per roll number and will reflect both property tax and water.
Tax certificate purchase options
Tax certificates are processed once payment has been received and may take up to 10 business days.
The request must include the property address, roll number, and the email address for delivery. For property sales, also include the vendor’s name, purchaser’s name and address, and the closing date.
Requests can be completed at the City Centre during regular business hours.
