Children and Youth

Youth in Orillia can access a range of programs and services that support learning, well‑being, and community connection. Visit Ontario's Youth page for information on the provincial programs and services for youth, including teens and young adults.

Getting around

Get around using City's transit system. Teens (aged 13 to 19) can ride for free with a cOnnect pass. Youth 12 and under ride for free with a paying adult (up to two youth per paying adult).

Recreation programs

Youth and students can get a membership or day pass to the Orillia Recreation Centre at a reduced‑price. 
Join in on the fun with open gym activities like basketball, make a splash in the pool, or access the fitness centre.

Orillia Youth Centre

The Orillia Youth Centre is a safe, inclusive, and welcoming space for all youth ages 11-17, offering free programs, activities, and opportunities to connect, explore, and grow.
