Orillia Transit provides daily public transit services to help connect the community with reliable transportation to key destinations across the city. The transit terminal is located in Orillia's downtown at the intersection of West Street and Mississaga Street, where all transit buses arrive and depart.

Transit Advertising

When buses run

All buses depart the transit terminal 15 and 45 minutes past each hour. Plan your trip by downloading the Transit App or by using the routes and schedule map.

Sunday 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. (final departure 4:15 p.m.)

Monday to Friday 6:15 a.m. to 10:45 p.m. (final departure 10:15 p.m.)

Saturday 8:45 a.m. to 8:15 p.m. (final departure 7:45 p.m.)

There is no service on New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Victora Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or Boxing Day.

Advertising on buses

Advertising space is available on Orillia Transit buses, both on the exterior and on the interior. Orillia Transit operates 10 buses across six routes, providing exposure throughout the city seven days a week. The City offers complimentary bus advertising space to not‑for‑profit organizations, subject to availability.

Advertisers are responsible for creating their advertising materials, including the installation and removal of vinyl signage. The City will install non‑vinyl signs.
