Bulk Water Services for Businesses
This service lets businesses use tank trucks to fill large amounts of water at any time. The process is fully automated: using a 3" male camlock fitting to connect your hose, users control the water flow with a panel, and a meter measures how much water is used. Fees are based on the amount of water taken.
Online portal for bulk water
Sign in to the Flowpoint portal to manage your account and make payments. Commercial business apply for a new account through the portal. Read the Flowpoint customer manual for information on how to use the portal.
Bulk water station
You must have a Flowpoint portal account to access the bulk water station, located at 25 Mulcahy Ct, Orillia, ON L3V 8N4. Approved accounts will receive an access code (4 digits) and a PIN (4 digits) to the station.
To use the service, your account must be pre-loaded with funds to cover the amount of water requested.
Making a payment
Payments completed through the Flowpoint portal using a credit card will be available to use at the station within four hours. Payments made in person at the City Centre may take up to 48 hours.
