Declarations of Interest Registry

The Municipal Conflict of Interest Act requires municipalities to maintain a registry of all declarations made under this Act.

Members of Council, boards and committees must identify any pecuniary (financial) interests on any item or matter discussed in Council meetings. They must also fill out a written statement about the interest and send it to the Clerk the Declaration of Interest Form.

The public can see these forms online at the Orillia CivicWeb Portal. Or you may request to see them at the Clerk's Office during regular office hours.
